normal screen is fine but when i go to play a game or a program with a larger res the my screen or if i wet it to a larger default its off-centered on my monitor a little bit and i cant see some of the stuff towards the right

also happens on 3dmark2001

common problem? any easy fixes?

Is it a CRT? You should jsut be able to change the settings with the buttosn on the front of the monitor. All of mine remember settings. They do that when you change between resolutions/refresh rates.
 
yes its a crt, and you know what, im stupid for not thinking that
