I have used EM for the past 5 months without any trouble. But recently i formatted the pc that EM is on and after setting up the pc and EM it will track the all the boxen in the main window. But will not show the box1 (it is installed on) in the Make HTML window as in Box1 is not in the drop down list but the other boxes are(box2, box3 etc.).

Anyone know what would be stopping EM from putting info in here but still letting it track each protiens individual progress in the main window?

I haven't used EM for a while, but this should get a bump before it sinks from view. Hopefully Larry stops by and sees this since I'm sure he can help you out.
