Would an ocz gameXstream be able to handle 2 8800gtx's with an e6600, 2 hardrives, 2 optical drives, and a fans?

If they are stock, I would say yes. I would check to see if anyone on XS has tried the combo or ask one of the OCZ reps over there. They are fairly honest.

It should be able to handle it, but I would choose another unit if you can. The OCZ GameXtreme 700 is actually a FSP Epsilon 700w unit and has some very obnoxious ripple especially when running with a high load. Apparently this can cause premature wear on the power regulation circuitry of components such as your motherboard and video cards.

It's unfortunate because FSP really is a great company and they make some solid PSUs... they just have some sort of design defect with the Epsilons.

I would look at units from PC Power & Cooling, Seasonic, Silverstone, and some of the other reliable companies.

I would go with the pcp&c silencer 750 it's a little more then the ocz but its one of the best ps you can buy.

How would an Antec Trio 650 do? dual 8800gtx's?

I personally wouldn't want to run that PSU with dual 8800GTXs. Although the Trio 650 is actually based on a design by Seasonic I've heard that it uses cheaper and less reliable components, and a cheaper single layer PCB. And even without that being said the power output is a little low for an 8800GTX SLI setup.

You may want to look at the PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750. It's a very solid Seasonic built unit for under $200.

It will work, but i would try a different unit before the GXS.

Corsair HX 620 comes to mind
