OC'ing the desktop Tech Tour Bundle

so i just picked up the tech tour bundle:
— AMD Athlon™ 64 3200+ 939 pin processor
— Asus A8N-E Socket 939 motherboard

what kind of potential does this hhave to oc and what kind of ram would be best?

i currently have some 2x512 corsair xms pc 3200
im not sure if its
Timing: 3-3-3-8
or
Timing: TCCD 2-2-2-5

will this ram be ok or should i look into something else for OC'ing?
 
if its 2225 RAM (TWIN3200XL), then put the timings on 2.5 3 3 10 1T (1:1 mem divider, i.e. 200MHz setting) and you should be able to run it up to FSB 260~270 at 2.85V.
