OC'ing 3000+ 333 fsb?

i have a 2500+ stock multiplier and bumped up to a 400 fsb = "3200+" if i bought the 3000+ 333fsb and bumped up the fsb to 400 would i get higher than a 3200+. and since the fsb is the same as the 2500+ does that mean the multiplier be higher?
