OC'd gaming Rig

Hello, I am new to this forum and new to overclocking. I am interested in building a new gaming rig from the ground up and need some advice on the proc, mobo, and cooler. After reading a few threads I am considering the DFI Lanparty Expert or the Asus A8n32 SLI deluxe. Should I go with an Opty, or X2? As for coolers the Zalman CNPS9500 LED. Memory I was think OCZ DDR500. Thanks in advance!

Oh - I forgot to mention my budget....Mobo + Proc = ~$600
