OC K8T Neo MSI MoBo and Athlon 64 2800

Built this rig few months ago:

MSI K8T Neo MoBo
AMD Athlon 64 2800
512mb DDR400 corsair value select (PC 3200)

currently OC from 200mhz FSB to 237 (CoreCenter software from MSI cut off at 242, so I set in BIOS at 237 FSB).

I understand that this should OC much higher, but am not sure how much I should increase the levels, this is my primary machine and I don't wanna buy new hardware for OC n00bness
Any experience with this hardware?
Any help would be appreciated.
