O/C 1333 vs 1600

I'm putting some new parts together and I currently have 2500k, MSI P67A-G43 and a Hyper 212+. I plan to o/c a bit, not too much.

Would there be any appreciable difference in 1333 vs 1600? Here's two of the same brand 1.5 for reference. Or would CAS latency make a larger difference?

To give you a quick answer, the observed performance impact (of either the clock speed or the timing) for such minor differences will effectively range between zero and negligible in real world usage, and will be barely measurable using synthetic benchmarks. And it makes exactly zero difference over 1333.
