Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
They're discontinued yes, but a quick google shows there's still a few retailers listing them (actually stocking one is a different story of course) in addition to the used market. For awhile I'd been thinking about buying one and IIRC, the black w/ blue LED is tough to find.
Not to hijack your thread or bump an old post or anything but did you ever find one of these cases? I really want one of these. Cant seem to find new or used. I think this case will be perfect for what I want to build. Has anyone got one they want to sale?
I actually found some today. A Canadian company has a bunch still in stock. I called to verify and ask the guy to physically put his hand on the box to make sure they really have it. He took my info and said he would e-mail me when he verified they really have them. Just got the e-mail and he said they have plenty. Problem is they do not ship outside of Canada argggghhhh crap now I know why they still have plenty! Anybody near Richmond or Vancouver wanna pick it up for me and fed ex it LOL.
I found the PC Design Lab Qmicra v2 case today that seems to be exactly what I want aside from the $239.00 price tag on that thing.
I basically want something I can build a mATX home server/seedbox/HTPC in and mod the front to accept a 5 HDD hot swappable drive cage. I have no problem with this thing being a "brick". That is kinda what I want it to be. I actually want this thing to sit on a shelf in my game room that is conveniently located right below my living room home theater. Here its easier to just show you.
I want it to either go on the same shelf as the router and modem or maybe on another shelf below it. I'm going to leave the shelves open for air flow but I don't want a huge full tower case sitting in there. I like the NZXT Vulcan as well and the size and price is right. Still going to have to chop it up as well though. Kinda like this........
I dont know? Was hoping it would be easier to find an all in one case that I wanted out the gate but that has proven to be more and more difficult. I'm about to just stick this build into an old compaq ugly tan case and call it a day.
