nVidia FX5600 Personal Cinema Driver Problems

I have a Chaintech FX5600 Personal Cinema that I am having tons of driver problems with I have a AMD A64 2800 in a Soltek SFF case w/ a Soltek nForce3 mobo and when I install the drivers for the vid card windows will boot but after the boot screen the display goes blank. It works fine in safe mode and with out the nVidia drivers. Also for some reason I am not able to get windows to Identify the display that I am using. Also once I install the graphics drivers before I restart there is no nVidia tab under advanced display settings. I have used the 66.93, 61.77 and the original drivers that came with the card. Anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this
