nvidia boot agent and media test failure

Ok so i decided to do some cable management today i put everything back together and start up normal after the bios loads i get a weird message. It says boot from cd: twice then below says nvidia boot agent and after waiting it'll say media test failur, check cable and then under that exiting nvidia boot agent. Next line is disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter. I tried messing with my hdd cables and they are all plugged in nice and both are running i feel them vibrating . Can anyone give me some suggestions i didnt unhook anything really my drives and my fans thats it. i double check other cables aswell. All suggestions welcome i didnt clear cmos although while in bios it had cd as first boot i changed it to hdd and didnt change anything. thanks in advance i'll look up on this more while awaiting replies.
 
well after making me practially poo my pants i shoulda googled first im a nub some reason the boot order of the hdds got switched and it wanted to boot my storage drive first and not the OS so i swiched it in the bios and it works welli got windows has recovered from a serious error message also when started but other than that seems to be fine i'll post back after i restart a few times and make sure it aint a fluke. i hope its fine.
 
everything is fine although im puzzled as to why the boot order of the hdds was changed just from unplugging the drives. A mod could prolly delete this now since i solved the prob.
