can we get the notice to be a roll up bar or something? Its a huge amount of space for something we've already seen.
 
It's temporary. Actually, it had a X to close it at first, but Kyle and admins knew people would use it. ;)

What I don't like is the User CP link being a drop-down menu. I just wanna go to my subscription list!

Yeah I clicked the X and it went away and then like 2 minutes later got a couple page load errors. Then when the forums came back the notice was back sans an X option. :(
