Well after reading several threads on the NF7-S and the lack of northbridge cooling, I am seriosly considering water cooling it with my cpu (see my thread a couple threads down) but am really clueless about which block to use. Any help will be greatly helpfull.

As far as other componets in the system it is ehiem 1250 pump, maze 4 cpu block, res., and black ice single 120mm rad. I think that is about it for now, Havent decided on a vid card yet, and if I am going to WC that also. If i do decide to WC my cid card will I have to upgrade My Rad to duel 120 unit? This is my first jump into WC'ing so any help will be great.

I'm building my first WC setup now also, but any time you enlage the radiator it will help with the heat. This stuff is all pretty simple concept. Here is a link to the radiator i just made from a 77' boneville w/ (2) 120mm fans and misc parts/hardware. As you can see it it plenty big and helps out the water temperatures alot. You can buy them this big pre made too, just something to consider.

Running 3 blocks in a system starts to really add up teh resistance in the loop, plus if your going to add a bigger radiator that will have some affect also. May need to get a bigger pump to keep your flow up. Or do like me, i just bought a good little handy dandy NB cooler for my IS7. My fsb @ 270 makes it hot, but i cant even hear the fan on it and it gets my NB down to 29 C. IMO NB's dont get THAT hot, as like your CPU or GPU do. I would save the Money, get a good NB cooler setup that is air cooled. This is a great one here. But my little cheapy $8 one from a local store (Thermaltake Tiger 1) does a great job for me. Im not using good thermal paste ether. Just some cheap silver stuff. With some Artic Silver 5, it would be even better.

Hope this helps out some.
