I have a dumb question - this is my first Norco server chassis - i can't manage to get the top to come off. Has anyone else had trouble with the 3116? I pushed both buttons down and i can't slide it off. Unless im missing something here...
 
I had the something similar happen on an older 4020 that used to work fine. I ended up prying it off. Started in on the back sides with a flat head screwdriver. The nubs holding it on popped out of place pretty easily as I worked back to front, no damage.
 
yeah i always have problems sliding the top off my 4020... its so tight on there...
i have to tap the edges and use a flat head to push the top off and then use the palms of my hands to push it off...

of course, i spent like 15 minutes doing this before i realized there were screws on the side :-D
