Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but it does deal with overclocking. When I go to torture test in Prime95, what test should I run to test for stability? There is the Small FFTs test, the In Place Large FFTs test and the Blend test. Or should I define my own test, and if so, what settings? I want to test my newly built system for stability before I overclock. Just curious, im sure it pass with flying colors without a overclock, but still curious.

It better damn well pass at stock or your cpu has issues. 
I'd use the blend, personally. While the small ffts will stress the cpu, the RAM will hardly be tested. Remember, when you overclock the cpu, it is very likely the RAM will be overclocked too (you can use a divider, but even then you may as well make sure it is working). A lot of errors that don't come up in a small fft test will come up in a blend.
