So hey guys.... I'm pretty much an ANTI-LED and ANTI-Noise person. I got the cm 690 advanced II a while back (i know its not a silence orientated case) but I am looking for a quality fan controller that would match the case and not bring any leds...

or would I be better off buying some quality fans with low dba (less than 15dba?)

I'm currently using the the stock 2x 140mm fan and 120mm fan.
