Non creative card with SPDIF

I am possibly in need of a NON Creative labs sound card that has digital SPDIF (not optical but both wouldn't hurt) output that is kind of cheap AND works in Vista.

I just need to get digital out to my receiver and my current Audigy 1 card just doesn't seem to do it correctly in Vista.
 
It does, but I dont know if I have the external braket for it. I was going for a just in case I need to get a dedicated sound card.

I'll go with optical SPDIF also, I've decided my PS2 doesn't need to use it.
