I was just curious if anyone was able to attach the spring screws on their Noctua heatsink to the mounting bracket using their fingers or included "screwdriver." I was installing my new fan last night and spent almost an hour in frustration over getting both screws to hold simultaneously so I could screw them in. The only way I got it to work was to use a real screwdriver and push in with a lot of force.

I've had no problems with their included screw driver. All you need is to be sure that the screw is over the mounting hole, put the driver into the screw head, push down as you've done with firm pressure to ensure that the tip of the spring screw is at least inside the mounting thread and then screw. once you've gotten one started it's easier to get the other going to.
