No wireless internet after installing XP SP3

User has a system that had XP SP2 installed and everything worked fine. Installed SP3 and wireless network no longer worked. It sometimes shows connected but you can't ping or access any sites. If they uninstall SP3 it works perfectly again. It also works fine in safe mode with SP3 installed.

I've tried resetting TCP/IP stack, Winsock fixes but nothing has resolved it.

Any other things I can try?
