no shell32.dll?

BurnAware Free 4.2
Windows XP

I just downloaded and installed v4.2
Program starts, but when I press on any buttons I get this error:
Entry Point not found
The procedure entry point ILGetSize could not be located in the
dynamic link library shell32.dll

What does it mean, and how do I fix it?

PS: previous versions of BurnAware v2.5 worked fine, but none later.

It basically means that the version of "shell32.dll" registered on your machine is missing an interface that the BurnAware application was expecting to find. The solution is to contact the vendor of BurnAware about this issue.
