I may purchase a AMD A64 3200+ with an ASUS A8V SE DLX mobo.

I currently have a P4 2.8 that I run at about 3.2ghz with 2x512 Corsair XMS PC 3200 memory.


Is the AMD combo a good choice? I don't really know much about AMD mobo's

How to the 3200+ overclock?


Lastly, what would be a reasonable price for that combo?
