NH-U12F and P5N32-E?

I am currently using an Arctic freezer pro, an E6600 and an Asus P5N32-E in a TJ09 case. I was wondering about upgrading the cooler to get a little more out of my overclock. I hear good things about the NH-U12F and the Thermalright Ultra-120 but i'm not sure if they will fit with the rest of my setup. Anyone got any ideas or advice?
