nForce2 cpu usage help!

Got my new rig up a few days back, everything is cool, but I'm having a small, if annoying, problem. I am getting a steady cpu utilization of 3-5%, no matter what tweaking, processes I end, or whatever. I tried removing the nForce2 drivers completely and that allowed the cpu usage to go back to 0% steady. It doesn't matter what driver release, it only does this with the nForce2 unified package installed. It's also not the "SW IDE" problem, as I never install that crappy ide driver. I know someone can help me with this. I've tried removing processes, run msconfig and start up items, and you name it. Nada.

Help!

Check out nforcershq.com. Their forums have a bunch of good info on this. Just so you don't have to search, the problem most likely lies with the ethernet drivers. Various releases have this problem and others don't. Check out the nforcershq to see which.

Edit: Found a post that should help a lot: http://www.nforcershq.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=46975 . Good luck.
