nf7-m USB headers

I'm currently building a computer and have come across a problem. For the USB headers that connnect to the Motherboard, one says "GND" and the other says "(1)+Ground. The diagram the Motherboard's manual shows me gives two places to put Ground headers in but are labeled the same thing "GND". So I'm asking should I put the GND header in the first spot or the (1)+ground header in the first spot.

For each USB port, you should have a socket for VCC, one marked with a +, another marked with a - and then the GND. Normally your headers on the mobo go:

VCC
Data(-)
Data(+)
GND
