Newegg Ripoff

I'm not sure that Newegg is the ripoff, this is the waterblocked model and that's what all retailers are selling it for.
 
if you actually look at it....it is a watercooled model, and as such is more expensive....the block for that chip is pretty expensive.
 
it's watercooled version, WB costs around $120-140 so... it's OK if you consider 5870 going for $400 ok
