NewEgg pricing always changing?

I have noticed over the past week that the monitor I am looking for seems to change price at least once every day. Some days it will be 559 with 20 shipping, other days 565 with free shipping. Is this normal for NewEgg? Does anyone know if they have a method to the madness?

I was looking at ordering a NEC DVD Burner, model 3500A. They just put it up and within 5 minutes I saw it go through 89$ + 5 shipping. 92.50 + 1.99 shipping, 92 + 4 shipping and then 91 + 4 shipping. So yes I am pretty sure they update all the time.
 
I think they have some crazy equation for their supply/demand, projected in-stock amounts ect.
 
Yeah, I was going to buy a display from them till it went from $248 to $290. :(

Found it cheaper elsewhere anyway. :D
