newbie split rail setup question

I just bought an enermax 470w PSU with split rails in hopes of giving me stability with a high end graphics card. However, I'm confused on if I need to do anything in particular to take advantage of the dual rails. In other words, if I'm hooking up my graphics card does it matter which molex I use, or is there a specific molex that I need to use in order for split 12 volt rails to work. Below is a pic of the wires included with the psu. Its basically 3 strands, one with the main connector, one strand with an extra molex, p4, and aux, and the other strand with sata, molexes, and floppies.

use the wrapped strand. If this were a NeoPower, you'd just have to plug in your 6pin power connector. :)

cheers,

Yeah, after seeing all the extra cables I'm starting to regret not going with the neo now
:)

+12V1 should be the mobo (CPU\chipset\cards\AGP)
the 20>24 pin main connector and the 4 pin aux +12V connector

+12V2 should be the rest of the wiring harness,
including the aux power to the Video card from what I gather
thus its drawing power from both rails through the aux and the slot
