newbie setup suggestion

Well this is my first water setup and i need advice on fans. I got an MD20RZ from a local hospital for free and though i would start WC. I got my friends old HE120.2 its in great condition (he got himself the PA120.2). Since i got freebies i dont think its worth it to spend $105 for a PA120.2 or PA160. I also got a free Waterchill Avalanche 1/2" OD CPU block and thinking of getting 2 cheap GPU blocks since i dont want to spend over $200 on WC.

What iam thinking aobut is a WC that isnt too loud and i planed on a few options. First is 2x Yate Loon D12SM-12 or Scythe DFS122512L with shrouds in a pull config. I would like to get Sony S-Flex but that cost $14 each. I do notice that this Radiator performs best with 100+ CFM Fans, but those are just too damn loud - -. My other option is a Push/Pull config with 4x Scythe DFS122512LS. Any other fan suggestions? Maybe get a fan speed controller and use 4x DFS122512L....

All this will be going in a Chenbro SR107 case and the rad will go behind the HDD racks and the Iwaki pump between the PSU and 5.25" Bay sitting on Petras gel pad. What iam trying to cool is Athlon X2 3800+ and X1900 Crossfire+XT setup on DFI CFX-3200 mobo. These damn X1900 get 70C easily on Stock Air. They will be OC a little bit, maybe 2.8GHz for the X2 and X1900 to maybe ~700/850

Will this setup be enough to cool them and what fans and config should i use. I can probably get another Single or Dual rad to be placed behind case on the exhaust fan if that will give me better cooling for the cost ratio. I went broke after buying the HP L2335 Monitor and 2 Raptors - -
 
Yeah the Thermochill HE series really needs the higher cfm fans to show any benefit, which is pretty much why they released the PA series. I'm not sure what kind of performance you would get by using something lower than 100cfm. As far as the config goes Thermochill recommends stacking the fans using a pull-pull config with a shroud for the HE rad's. I'm not sure what type of temps your exepecting but I'm sure even with the lower cfm fans it will be better than stock air.
 
Would it be near BIX performance with 2x 70CFM fans on pull and shrouds?
 
From what I gather reading around the web is that the bix and HE series perform very similar. Some people tend to favor the thermochill but i havent seen any results to back this up. However all the reviews and comments on the HE series I see are with high cfm so I dont know if one rad over the other will perform better with lower cfm fans.

Thinking logically though, the two are similar in design so if the peformance on the high cfm end is close between the two the same probably holds true on the lower.

Pure speculation on my part so if anyone has any experience with sub 100cfm fans between these two rads I'd be curious to see the results.
