I have my x2 setup, and at first i didnt want to OC so i stuck with 2gigs DDR400. Memory clock is 200mhz and my clock is 200mhz (400mhz FSB). If i start upping the FSB, wont my memory be pushed too much? Even if i mess with the HT ratio and move it to 4x or adjust other things my HTT rises above 1000

At 200mhz system clock speed with a multi of 10 and DDR400 Im running at 2ghz with the memory being syncronous at 200mhz right? If i up the FSB the memory clock goes up too ... meaning itd run over its 200mhz ratings?

250 FSB
10x multi
DDR400
Mem Ratio: 5/6 (DDR333 settings)

CPU Speed: 2500mhz
HTT: 1500
Divider: 12
Mem clock: 208

Arent those figures correct? I think i forgot to incorporate the 5x to 4x thing didnt i ... where does that fall into the algorithm? heres a php page i made ... which i need to fix i guess

Yes, you are correct. IMHO, I'd just us a 1:1 divider and just slowly push the FSB until you max out. This will give you a slight over clock, maybe 10-20Mhz on the FSB.

Wouldnt that make my HTT go over 1000mhz? I think i got it worked out.

FSB: 250
Multi: 10
HT Multi: 4x
Mem Ratio: 5/6

250 * 4 = 1000mhz HTT
(250 * 10) / (10 / (5 / 6)) = 208mhz mem clock

whoo, done

thanks for the help guys, i understand the correlations now with some additional reading
