New WC rig, quick question...

First off, my apologies if this information is already posted. I did a search for it, but couldn't find anything.

I'm building my first WC setup and I remember reading a post somewhere about cheap (~$5?) 120mm sanyo denki fans for sale to use on a radiator, but can't seem to locate that info again. If anyone knows where I can find these I'd really appreciate a push in the right direction.

Also, I'm still not sure about which GPU block to go with. Was looking at the DD Maze4, but I read that the tops are anodized aluminum. Wouldn't that eventually cause a problem with corrosion? (mixing metals, and all that)
