Going to be runninng ESXi 5, off a USB stick inside.
Going to be running W2008 R2 for Exch 2010, IIS, SQL. (Very low load, like 2 users, 10 emails/day, 100 website hits/day, etc).
Seem like a pretty solid build? I debated making two identical ones for clustering/failover purposes.. but for home that is a bit overkill.
