i have a 100 dollar budget to buy a new video card i was thinking of getting the HIS Radeon HD 4670 ..i wanted to know if i could get a better video card then that one but it has to be under my budget along with this upgrade i will be getting a new cpu maybe the Athlon 64 LE-1640 or the Athlon 64 X2 5400+ Brisbane 2.8GHz ...i know one is single core but i wanted to know which one is better for my day to day use on my pc... i do mostly picture editing ..some what of video editing...web surfing...and a little bit of gaming......my budget for the cpu has to be under $70
