new v350 build question

This is my first time building an SFF machine, and I'd like to get some opinions on the setup I think I've decided upon.

Case: Lian Li v350
GFX: Sapphire HD 4850
Memory: G.Skill 4gb (2x2gb)
Motherboard: DFI LanParty JR P45-T2RS
CPU: Intel Q6600
Heatsink: Scythe Ninja Mini
Power supply: Corsair Modular 520W

I'm also planning to replace the 2 120mm fans in the case with 2 S-Flex fans and the 80mm with a Kama Flex fan. I have 2 500gb SATA harddrives I have raid 1'd on my machine that I will want to use in the new one, as well as a small SATA harddrive I will use for my OS. It looks like I can put the 2 500gb drives in the standard hard drive enclosures, and then my OS drive with an adapter in the 5.25?

I chose the DFI board over the P5Q-EM due to reading about people having issues with the SATA connector placement on the Asus board, and because I have no desire for the onboard graphics.

I'm also curious to know the differences between the Sapphire 100244L and the Sapphire 100245L. Will one provide a better fit in my case? Which one is quieter?

This machine is going to be used for mostly photo and video editing, programming, and some gaming (CS:S, quake3, mostly older games). Does this sounds like a good build? Am I making any obvious mistakes? Thanks a lot.

I was being lazy and trying to order most of my parts from newegg. They seem to be out of the Thermalright 128 se and don't carry the other brand of heatsink mentioned in there (Noctua I believe). Are there any other compatible ones that might be better for overclocking with?

not to sure either, im in the same situation as you, as i have no clue on what HSF, id try the ninja mini out if your not going to OC the q6600 insanely, im sure you can get it up to 3.0ghz and still be fine, but thats your choice of course, and newegg doesnt have noctua because they dont buy from them at all, and the 128 is discontinued i think.

noctua products are always pricey man, but they work, that fan alone is worth 24 bux.
 
Most reviews I've seen have shown the Noctua trading blows with the SI-128SE so I'm not sure if the extra degree or two you'll shave is worth $68 plus shipping, but if you want the absolute best, it's definitely the way to go.
 
Why not just get a dual core, and stay with the Mini Ninja? Its not like you're going to be using multi-threaded applications every day.

I mean, unless you do.
 
Any input in regards to the graphics card? Also, should the 520W power supply be perfectly fine or should I go with the 620W?
