New U2711, defective pixels?

I just received a u2711 but in the bottom left corner there are these two pixels close to each other that darken slightly at certain angles. For example as I move my head from left to right while looking at them they'll alternate between normal and slightly darkened.

They're not dead since they do work and the colour does change, and they don't seem to be stuck since they're not stuck at a certain colour, so I'm not really sure what's wrong with them.

Will they go away? Anything I could do to fix it? Or should I just ask dell for another panel.

Massage them lightly? Fixed my backlight bleed on my new U2711 by pushing on the panel.

Also, look in the OSD, there's a tool there for removing image burn-in. Perhaps it'll even things out.

Hmm thanks, tried massaging them which didn't do the trick but I'll try this OSD tool. It's really annoying because they're only noticeable on really light backgrounds but just knowing they're there is still really bugging me.

A large part of that is because this is the third monitor I've tried buying, first was a 2443bw with the same problem on one pixel, second was another 2443bw with 2 stuck pixels, and I gave up on the samsung and decided to spend more than double on a dell thinking it'd be higher quality .
