New to Intel, Temp question.

I have just built a new rig, with an E5200. Using the Stock cooler I am Idling at 40-45c and 54-57c Load. Keep in mind that our A/C is out, and it is 80f in the house.

I do have a Zigmatek HSF coming in tomorow, but I want to know if my temps are reading right... Don't I need to calibrate something?

The A/C is gonna be working on Wed, so that should help a whole bunch.
 
Use the latest version of Real Temp or Core Temp to monitor your temperatures, and they will be as accurate as they possibly can be.
