Just got this message in my inbox.
"Just a quick email to let you know that we have come out with a new thermal grease, Matrix II. This grease performs 44% better than the TC Grease 0098 material on an industry standard TTV. This TTV has thermocouples on both sides of the TIM (one embedded into the CPU lid, the other embedded into the heat sink). The 0098 material was seeing temperature difference of around 9⁰C, while the new Matrix II material is seeing an astonishing 5⁰C."
TC grease 0098 is good stuff, one of the best for sure, but now I'm wishing I had not ordered so much of it. 40% IS ALOT. I hope this holds true!
