Problem: Nothing on my screen....zip...zilch...nada....if i push a button, it will say No signal or In power Save mode. Fans spin, comp stays on, seems to be working....But nothing on the screen. Any explanation? I honestly didnt know where to post this since it is unlikely, but possibly a video card at fault...anyway, any ideas would truely be appreciated! Tried a different monitor, and tried swapping the 9250 with my 9800XT...no go.

"No signal" message normally means connection between the card and screen (i know...its obvious)
Might be a stupid question but is the card securely in? and the connection between the card and monitor.If it doesnt help changing the card or screen it might be the mobo?
 
If you can hear your hard drive accessing during boot up etc.. and no signal, then probably video card. Reseat the video card. If that gives no result, swap out video card...Could be the video card or agp slot...

Just read the whole thing...seems like it could be the agp slot on motherboard....

Make sure you can actually hear the comp trying to access the hard drive during bootup...Lights on, fans running, etc...will happen even if your cpu is dead or the motherboard is dead but not totally fried. Happened to me on my old Asus P4P800 deluxe. Everything would be on but no hard drive access during boot, no bios, blank screen that goes to stand by mode. Turned out, the mosfets overheated and the motherboard fried.
 
Found the problem! Oddly enough, nothing to do with the video card (As I suspected). Basically it said to reseat everything, and then reset the CMOS
1) Reseated the Proc and Shuttles very cool HS/F system
2) Reseated Video Card...
3) Researted the 1GB Stick...
No Go...... Then I swapped to the other memory slot with the 1GB stick...worked perfectly... Ugh... dead memory slot for teh loss.
Also, it wasnt processing anything because the CMOS was just reset, and woudnt do anything until going into the BIOS (assuming it actually WAS doing something, since the memory slot was apparently messed up).
