New SFF Build, Heat issues

I recently just built a new SFF using the shuttle SN85G4 with the following specs:

Athlon 64 3700+
1 gig corsair value ram
250gb Hitachi HD
Nec 3520a
Ati AIW 800xt
Hyundai LD90+

Everything works great but when I am doing any gaming for extended periods of time it gets pretty hot to the touch. I was wondering what i could do to reduce the heat issue.
 
I know a lot of people cut out the back fan grill, which seems to choke airflow. There are various other case mods to add additional fans on top or front. Not sure if you want to go to those lengths to improve cooling. I myself just got an SN95G5; I'm not ready to jump into case modding quite yet. (Besides, temps are fine.)

Also, if you think it's an issue, you could try redoing the thermal compound too.
