I don't know anything about that pump/res, so I can't say that it's good or not. If it were me, I'd stick with a MCP350/355 with an XSPC Res top or a MCP655 with a separate res because they're proven to be good. Also, that radiator is optimized for low CFM fans, so while those fans (if they live up to the manufacturer specs) are good, you'd be completely fine with medium speed Yate Loons. I hope you've got a fan controller if you decide to stick with those fans, they'll be loud.
 
IDC about noise.

Yeah the pump was one thing I was worried about. Money is a limiting facor. I'm looking to stay around 270$ with this.
 
What I'm saying is that having those fans doesn't increase performance by any real amount. It's not worth it to get them. Get lower speed fans since the RX series don't benefit from high CFM.

I'd recommend skipping that pump and getting something that's tested to be good. MCP355 and XSPC res top are awesome performers and simplify the loop by combining the pump and res into one unit.
 
Save some money on the fans (use 4$ yate loons instead) and put the rest into a used MCP655 pump in the FSFT forums. You'll be glad you did. Really glad.
 
I found a 350 for 40$. So m going to use that with a res top or something.

Does static pressure not help the 360?
 
It helps it, but it simply doesn't need a lot of pressure. It only has 8 fins per inch, which is very, very low, so there's not a lot of force required to get the air through the radiator. Enjoy your great performance with low noise!
 
With similar fans, it does something like 85 or 90% as well as the XSPC or Thermochill radiators. It's also half as expensive. That's why I'm using Swiftech radiators, they're cheap and perform really, really well.
