New setup, and new problems

Well, I just got a new setup, via newegg, and the specs are as follows:

AMD 64 4000+ San Diego Core
4 x 1024Mb Corsair PC3200
2 x BFG GeForce 6800 Ultra Sli
Asus A8N Sli Deluxe
WD Raptor 70Gb
Plextor SATA 16x dvd burner
OCZ ModStream 520w PSU
Themaltake Big Typhoon HSF
all enclosed in a Coolermaster CM Stacker

Parts came in today, but I've already encountered a few hangups. One of the vid cards had a capacitor just floating around in the box, so I rma'd it and sent it to newegg within an hour of opening the box. Everything else looked allright, so I put it on the test bed to load up windows x64 and do some stress tests. However, after xp loaded, I can only see 3gbs of ram. Is this a windows issue or do I need to start hunting for bad sticks? Either way, I am probably screwed since ive already paid $30 to send one rma package which I probably won't get back until Monday...

Also, I feel compelled to relay my fedex expierience. 3 total packages shipped; 2 from CA and 1 from NJ. FedEx got two to me as promised, but the case sat for 13 hours in Memphis after my other package left, despite arriving at the same time. I called Fedex support to see what the deal was, and they said that the plane was late. I told them this was impossible since I allready had one package. They refused to provide further explanation, and began an endless string of transfers until I got fed up and hung up. Is this typical? This is the second time fedex has dropped the ball this year, and I've only used them 3 times. Lord knows how long I will be on the phone to get a refund for my supposed overnight shipping.

Anywho, thanks in advance for the replys.

well, in the bios, all 4 gigs show up... but in xp, only 3 do... I don't know if x64 is just buggy as hell and I should go back to regular, or if one of my sticks is dead, although bios reads everything as normal.. I am just confused tired and stressed.. Lots of new things for one day....
