New Rectangular Window Question

So i just cut out a rectangular window in my stacker. So is there any way for me to weatherstrip (aka molding) the 90 degree angles? because even though I did do an excellent dremel job imho i was wondering if there were any ways to weather strip those right angles while still keeping that professional look?
 
you could always cut the weather stripping at 45° angles like a picture frame.
