Well, you've got that Zalman heatsink on the video card and have Zalman on your list so I'm assuming quiet is a factor, but the 400W Zalman only has 18A on the 12V rail. Your Pentium 4 is a gas hog on the 12V rail and the 6600GT isn't going to help much....

The SmartPower is a good unit, but it's pair of 80MM fans aren't very quiet.

So I'm going to say go with the TruePower. It's got more power and is quieter.

I disagree. Sure it's got two 80mm fans, but only the PSU intake is on pretty much all the time. The rear exhaust is supposed to activate upon higher temperature load, but from all the builds I've done with the Smartpower 2.0 400W, the PSU exhaust never came on. It runs very cool and very quietly.

Fair enough. But wouldn't the 120 in the TruePower still be quieter?

Why not get an Antec case with either the SP II 450W, SP II 500W or TP II 480W?
These combos can iften equal a free PSU. ;)

^^^What he said. The Antec Sonata 2 comes with a PSU that sells for $70 seperately last time I checked.
