New overclocker, timing suggestions?

I want to OC teh system in my sig. I was wondering what I should bump my RAM timings to and still be very stable.

Also, I want to get the processor up to about 2.5 or 2.7 on stock cooling. Is that possible without having my temps go above about 37 idle?

How would I go about changind all of this in Bios?

Some CPU's jsut don't OC but some do amazing jobs so it's random. My 3200+ does 2.7ghz It runs about 32C idle and 48C load. That's with a Scythe Ninja Plus. First try out your CPU OC'ing then worry about your ram.

Ok, thanks for that info, but how would I go about oding that as I have never OCed before.
