I will try to explain this the best i can

I jsut bought a new 17" LCD for a build im doing but the screen keeps getting a red tint

It's like when you are looking at a tv sometimes and only certain colors, like red for example, have a small static to them

i have tried 3 different display drivers, reinstalling windows, i plugged it into my computer, and tried a different VGA cable, but still nothing

The monitor is a 17" Sceptre X7

what the hell is going on?
