new hard drive old settings

does anyone know how to configure your new hard drive to have the same user settings /passwords as your old settings?..

You don't give much info, but if it's XP, the closest you will get is "File and Settings Transfer Wizard". Should be able to find it under "System Tools".

sorry its xp pro, where is system tools located...? can you give a detailed expl. the windows im using is in chinese... so,,.... uhh.. yea....

To open the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click Files and Settings Transfer Wizard
