new hard drive installation

bought a new 200GB maxtor hard drive (IDE) & it's only showing 31gb.....what should I do??.....tried formatting it & partitioning it but still shows 31gb.....thanks
 
Your BIOS appears to be version P10. You might want to upgrade to version P15. You need at least version P11 for large drive support.
