I've read a lot of good performance reviews on the regular Hyper 6, but nothing yet on the Hyper 6+. All the reviews on the Hyper 6 say that it's hard to install and some have had problems getting it to work because all the thermal grease is smeared away during installation.

I'm thinking of using either the 6 or 6+ HSF. I'll try using Arctic Silver first, but what do you think about just using a thermal pad like what's on the stock AMD HSF's instead? This would make the install much easier, but how do these perform? Does Arctic Silver happen to make them?

Here's the CM link to the new Hyper 6+.

Do you guys think this HSF will perform better than the regular Hyper 6? They hyper 6 is all copper and this 6+ is copper base w/ aluminum fins, but is larger in size.

Any educated guesses?
