New Computer, underwhelming performance

i know this adds nothing technically, but this situation would frustrate the shit out of me...you spent good money on this. hope you get it all worked out.

Man you have no idea. It's like buying a car that won't run right and will depreciate 75% of it's value in 2 years lol.

Ok, so Tgrove and Renny were right. Overclocking the CPU seems to have given the GPU's room to breathe. I'm getting high 90's usage on all GPU's in crysis at the moment.

Still a ton of other problems like batman and borderlands still play like crap. Getting random crashes and i'm not sure if it's because of the over clock or drivers.

The overclock on the 4930k was pretty depressing. I'm only at 4.5 GHz and i've pretty much hit the vcore wall of 1.4V (i'm at 1.35). I tried to get 4.6 GHz but it wouldn't run even with 1.4V, and i'm not really comfortable going past that.

I'm coming from an old school BIOS on my i7-920 and these new BIOS's have so many options and seem to need so many more tweaks to get an overclock running.

I'll probably reformat (7 times now i think) to see if the crashes persist, then start messing with BIOS settings and voltages.

I'll try to update just incase someone needs this later on down the road in a google search. Thank you for all your help guys.

Unfortunately people that run 2 cards are rare, 3 or 4 almost non-existent so many games will have very little support for it :(. I do hope you figure out something though because thats a lot of money :(

Have you tried running Tri SLI? Quad scales less in most games, especially if your CPU's less than stellar overclocking is holding your GPU's back. It might run better with less heat and scaling headaches.
