New comp, need help with stuff

Soon I will be building a new comp and I need help choseing ram for it.

Im planing on getting a nforce3 250 board and a athlon64 3400+

I want to oc the a64 to 2400mhz at 11x220fsb. I want to run the ram timings at 2-2-2-5 so my question is what ram can?

Also will I be able to do that oc stable 24/7 with a fan/heatsink like swiftechs mcx6400-v and a 80mm fan?

Oh and I want 2x 512 sticks to equal a gig.
