Hey guys,

Been out of the loop for a few years when it comes to building PC's and hardware so I am calling on my [H] brethren to help me out.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
This will be mostly for gaming, but will also be used for remote applications and web browsing.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
Budget is $1200 but could bump it up some. But would like to be right around this.
3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
Northeast USA.
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
I will need a mainboard and CPU (prefer Intel), Ram, SSD HDD, graphics card (prefer NVidia, never used anything but), and preferably a new case.
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
I prefer not to re-use the case so help me pick a good case. I will also re-use the PSU which is a Xion PowerReal 1000W. I will also be re-using my DVD-RW drive.
6) Will you be overclocking?
No.
7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
23" is the size, not sure on exact max resolution but I run pretty much everything including my desktop in 1920x1080, and that could very well be the max.
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Right now.
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc.
No extra features needed, just a good all around gaming mainboard. I prefer ASUS, but will also look at any decent brand.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If so, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

If I had the cash and started off new I would go itx and something like this:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/WbnMXL
If you have a microcenter around you could cut the cost by about 100 on cpu/motherboard
Also you will need storage (this board supports M.2 ssd's so you could get superfast) or whatever

Maybe instead of the 770gtx wait for the 970's to come out and you could drop the powersupply a bit and get a better gpu for the price too.
